We have just constructed a Lodge for our fishermen located meters from the lake which has cooking facilites. We will shortly be building a shower and toilet in the lodge. It has made a big difference for our groups for meal preparation especially in bad weather.

The Cottage at Beynac.
Wishing to Keep the missus and kids happy, why not rent this lovely Cottage which overlooks the Lake for that family holiday.
Ground floor: 1 livingroom (TV (satellite), fire place, VCR, DVD player), 1 kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom (bath, shower), 1 WC. On 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 x double bed). General: bedding, terrace, garden, garden furniture.
There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the mezzanie bedroom: 2 double beds. There are also 2 convertible sofa beds in the living room, so in total the cottage sleeps 10! The rooms are fully furnished and decorated to a very high standard, including the 50sqm Living room with an impressive granite fireplace. There is a large summer house with a built in bbq for those warm summer nights and their is also loads to do in the surrounding area. The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, diswasher, tumbledrier and fridge freezer and there is British satellite TV. The garden is about 1 acre (about the size of a football pitch, though a different shape). In the garden there is a large summerhouse with electricity, lighting and BBQ, a real well, a rockery, many beautiful trees, a hammock, large lawns and space to park several cars.

Wishing to Keep the missus and kids happy, why not rent this lovely Cottage which is less than 5 minutes from the Lake for that family holiday.
The cost of the cottage is 250 Euros per week. An additional fully refundable cleaning deposit of 50 Euros will be asked for.
Book early to avoid dissapointment.
 The cottage consists of:
· 2 Bedrooms with either 1 double and 2 single beds or 2 double beds, wardrobes, drawer units and electric radiators.
· Bathroom with shower, English style toilet, washbasin, electric radiator and washing machine.
· Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, 4 ring gas cooker & oven plus all glass, china, cutlery and cookware necessary.
· Lounge / dining room equipped with dining table and chairs, sofa and armchairs, TV with satellite connection for English programmes and a wood burning stove.
There is also private parking and a self contained garden with a separate entrance, patio, patio furniture and washing line.
Whats Not included.
Cleaning. The cottage will have been cleaned prior to your arrival. We will expect that the cottage will be left in the same condition. If you do not wish to clean the cottage then you shall forfeit your Cleaning deposit.
Note: Pets will be accepted by prior arrangement.
